FredFlare has all sorts of quirky things for men and women and they even have a sale section. They add new merchandise constantly so check back often!

ModCloth has a lot of neat items too, geared towards the female crowd but they sell home decor and books that could potentially be for a man too.

Girls Props sells tons of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and the like and is geared towards the tween/teen age group (or i guess any youthful female!).
